Cancellation Policy

Life happens. Here's exactly how cancellations work for direct bookings.

Guest cancellations

• 5 or more days before check-in: full refund of everything you paid.
• Less than 5 days before check-in: 50% refund of the nightly rate for all nights; the cleaning fee is fully refunded. Taxes are refunded proportionally.
• After check-in: no refund for nights already stayed; 50% refund of the nightly rate for the remaining unstayed nights if you leave early.

Host cancellations

In the rare event that we must cancel (for example, a safety issue with the property), you receive a full refund of everything paid. And we'll do our best to help you find comparable accommodation.

Weather & exceptional events

Refunds are not issued for weather that doesn't prevent access to the property. If a government order, natural disaster, or road closure genuinely prevents your stay, contact us. We'll offer a full refund or free date change.

How to cancel

Email hello@wildhavencabin.com with your booking ID. The timestamp of your email determines which tier applies. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Booked through Airbnb? Airbnb's own cancellation policy applies to those reservations. Manage them in the Airbnb app.
